[WIP] This project focuses on designing and simulating the combustion and gas exchange processes of a semi-conventional, crankcase-scavenged two-stroke engine. By utilizing asymmetric exhaust port timing and transfer port fuel injectors, the system aims to achieve greater control over emissions and reduce fuel short-circuiting.
This directory serves as a comprehensive central hub for all simulation and data analysis tools developed for this two-stroke engine design. Featured projects include a rotary exhaust valve timing calculator, a faux poppet valve designer, and robust large-scale data manipulation scripts.
[WIP] Design and manufacturing documentation for a custom chromoly steel track frame. The frame features TIG-welded, butted tubing built on a bespoke fixture constructed from square tubing and custom-machined holders. Optimized for a 6'3" rider, the geometry ensures compatibility with industry-standard components.
